Roasted Garlic Cauliflower

If you don’t think you like cauliflower, then you have never had it roasted. Try it!


Ingredients

  • 1
    large head cauliflower, separated into florets
  • 2 Tablespoons
    miced garlic
  • 3 Tablespoons
    extra virgin olive oil
  • salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
  • 1/3 Cup
    grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

  2. Add cauliflower, garlic and olive oil to a large bowl and mix to combine. Spread evenly on a baking sheet, and season with salt and pepper to taste.

  3. Bake for 25 minutes, stirring halfway through. Top with Parmesan cheese and broil for 3 to 5 minutes, until golden brown.
