This tastes just like a delicious pasta dish you would get at a restaurant, and it seriously takes only 1/2 hour to make.
The garlic sauce for this meatloaf is what makes the recipe! If I’m just feeding a few people, I divide the loaf in half before baking and freeze one. And if I can’t find pre-packaged meatloaf mix, I use a pound of ground beef and a pound of ground pork.
If you think Bearnaise is hard to make, you will think that no longer! This goes perfect with steaks of any kind.
This is one of my all time favorite summer salads when tomatoes are in season. The longer it sits, the better it gets! It’s best served at room temperature.

These steak bites are always a crowd pleaser! Sometimes I’ll make this as an entree and serve over rice. You don’t HAVE to use filet, but I highly recommend it.
This is the perfect summertime salad. Sometimes I’ll add sliced black olives and/or small chunks of cheddar if I have it. Some people like to add peas , diced onions, or hard boiled eggs. Make it however you like!
I know it sounds weird to put cranberry sauce with a roast, but once it’s done cooking it is so good. And it couldn’t be easier!
