I recently made this, and it turned out to be the moistest pork tenderloin I have ever made! You can either bake it in the oven as noted, or grill outside.
This tastes just like a delicious pasta dish you would get at a restaurant, and it seriously takes only 1/2 hour to make.
The garlic sauce for this meatloaf is what makes the recipe! If I’m just feeding a few people, I divide the loaf in half before baking and freeze one. And if I can’t find pre-packaged meatloaf mix, I use a pound of ground beef and a pound of ground pork.
These are great grilled in the summer, and you MUST serve them with my peanut dipping sauce! The sauce is so good I want to drink it!
